We prepare our products with fresh salmon only. Freshness is maintained by directly shipping raw merchandise several times a week from our network of Norwegian farms. There, salmon is raised from the embryo on, thus guaranteeing a clear superior quality. Only natural substances such as salt and sugar are used to marinate, we do not use any preservatives and color-changing substances (colorants).
Our smoking method is based on the original method of using beechwood. This gives our salmon a true, natural and unmistakable flavor and aroma.
Cold smoked salmon is available in several types of packs, from whole filet to sliced pieces. We can provide 500g, 200g, and 100g per sliced serving. All types can be picked up on a golden tray, a blue or a Christmas (black) packaging.
