Our marinated salmon, just like our other products, is made only with the use of the freshest salmon. Our salmon is marinated with salt, sugar, dill or pepper. Our product is free from added coloring and preservatives. It is packed as a whole thread, can be presented plated or not, as 200g and 500g sliced portion, it can also be vacuumed on a golden tray
We prepare our products with fresh salmon only. Freshness is maintained by directly shipping raw merchandise several times a week from our network of Norwegian farms. There, salmon is raised from the embryo on, thus guaranteeing a clear superior quality. Only natural substances such as salt and sugar are used to marinate, we do not use any preservatives and color-changing substances (colorants).
Our smoking method is based on the original method of using beechwood. This gives our salmon a true, natural and unmistakable flavor and aroma.
Smoked salmon with hot smoke is, just like cold smoked salmon, prepared exclusively from the best fresh salmon. Marinated in dill, pepper and mustard, we do not add coloring or preservatives. Smoking at higher temperatures allows for the meat to have a different structure and comes into pieces almost instantly. This specific method of Beechwood smoking allows for the salmon to obtain a specific taste and smell. It is packed as a whole filet of about 200 g of steak. Available in both blue and christmas packages.
